Dragoljub Vukadinovic

The name of Dragoljub Vukadinovic, a graduate engineer of technology, has been associated with the Metalac company for almost 40 years. His crucial contribution to the strategic development of Metalac from top management positions in the company has lasted for 25 years. Between 1989 and 2005 Vukadinovic served as the general director of Metalac, and later as the chairman of the Managing Board and the president of Metalac a.d., a company which for many years has had a reputation of one of the most successful Serbian companies. Since 2012, he has held the role of the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Metalac a.d. and the president of Metalac Group.

During all this time, as one of the most distinguished businessmen, he has performed many duties of wide-ranging economic and social significance. Among other roles, he was the president of the National Council for Competitiveness of Serbian Economy between 2003 and 2005, and later the vice president of the Council.

In the last ten years, Vukadinovic was also the president of the Association of Joint-Stock Companies of Serbia, the president of PK Kraljevo, and the president of the Businessmen’s Club of Gornji Milanovac, while today he is a member of the Serbian Business Club “Privrednik” and the Association of Corporate Directors of Serbia.
He was also a member, in several terms, of the board of the Sports Association Partizan Belgrade, as well as the vice president of the Football Club Partizan. Today he is a member of the Managing Board of FC Partizan, the vice president of the Football Association of Serbia and the president of the Football Club Metalac.

In the course of his career, Dragoljub Vukadinovic was selected as the manager of the year: in 2003 by the Club of Business Journalists of Serbia; in 2001 by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce; and in 1999 by the Chamber of Commerce of Yugoslavia. He is especially glad that he was chosen as one of the most successful businessmen by his director colleagues. He has also received several of the highest municipal awards.

Among the general public, Dragoljub Vukadinovic has the reputation of a businessman who has contributed to the development of the Serbian economy in a socially responsible and morally credible manner.
