With this explanation, Metalac was declared the first among 40 successful domestic companies to receive this award in 2004. We won this recognition due to our good business results, persistently stable professional standards, ethics in business dealings, unique business culture, social and environmental responsibility, as well as our responsibility towards consumers. The very aim of the Business Partner event, as it was pointed out during the award ceremony, is to promote successful companies and managers who are guided by these values.

The Code of Business Ethics of Metalac Holding is an internal act and we consider it to be the crucial document for the top management of the company, mandatory for all Metalac employees and extremely important for mutual understanding and development of long-lasting, high-quality relationships with our partners, customers and the wider environment.
