Through QMS/EMS and system of information technologies we have better flow of cycles which are measurable and controllable. Application of world quality standards and environmental protection for us is not only a must but act of morality. It is integral part of business philosophy where management of processes means management over the awareness that quality has no alternative.

Quality management system of Metalac a.d. and of the subsidiaries is implemented by satisfying requirements of ISO 9001:2000 standard, it's to say  JUS ISO 9001:2001. Environmental protection management system of Metalac a.d. and subsidiaries is implemented by satisfying requirements of ISO 14001:2004 (JUS ISO 14001:2005), standards as well as pointing to the integration of the two management systems.

Quality Policy Declaration and Environmental Protection Policy Declaration, which make part of the common policy of quality and environmental protection, define basic principles and general directions of the management in relation to quality as base of business philosophy and in relation to protection of the environment as moral liability towards present and future users of our products.

Certification of conformity to the quality management system and to the environmental protection management system according to the standards JUS ISO 9001 and JUS ISO 14001, is carried out separately for each subsidiary and it refers to concrete productions and services.
