At the Annual shareholders meeting of Metalac a.d. they decided dividend to be paid to shareholders on 03.03.2008. in the gross value of 100,00 RSD per share, in two parts:  
 

 - from May 10th, 2008 - 50% to shareholders whose total dividend is over 20.000,00

   RSD and whole amount to shareholders whose dividend is under 20.000,00 RSD ;  

 - from September 10th, 2008- other 50% of the total dividend.
