The Foundation Act of the company says that annual dividend is paid to   

persons/entities which having shareholder status on the dividend day.

Dividend day is the day on which is established the list of shareholders apt to participate in annual shareholders meeting, therefore the shareholders entitled to dividend are those of Unique evidence of Metalac a.d. shareholders issued by the Central Register the day when annual shareholders meeting is convened.
